For each system you choose which contacts to alert and on which channels — SMS, call, WhatsApp, email, Telegram — based on the event type: alarms, faults, arming/disarming, offline and more.

When an event comes in, notifications go out in parallel on the chosen channels. Every send is logged with its real outcome: delivered, read, busy or no answer; for voice calls the duration too. Export the history to PDF when you need it.
